Find a quiet place - Some like to go outside, to a bedroom or kitchen table. My dream Oasis is a patio filled with flowers and hummingbirds.
Diffuse Oils that either calm your mind or open your spiritual blocks - Frankincense, Lavender, Orange.
Read Scripture, Journal and / or Pray
Go for a Walk - Get the kids out and go for a walk. Go for a walk with a friend. Make a goal to walk three times a week for 30 minutes.
